When we're in the thick of it, it's important to remember that it's only temporary and this too shall pass. There are countless clichés to sum up the point, but they are hardly a salve to an open wound, especially when it come to the ego. This month we will be faced with a challenge that could have some heavy consequences. There may already be an air of discord in the environment which creates a feeling of uncertainty as we're met with the first few days of July. The card of the Sun is native to July, so to see it reversed means that there is some shadow work to be done this month.

Our ego and symbols that represent what we think defines us will be put to a stress test. This can appear as tension  in a romantic relationship, other issues at home or even at work. When we're asked to take a long, hard look in the mirror, it  can be an uncomfortable experience, not to mention when there's criticism involved. Even if it's constructive criticism, there's a chance we become dear to the words of wisdom because it's too hard to send the ego to the back seat.

You got this; you can absolutely do this. Fight off the nagging, depressive feelings and ride out the storm. Life unfolds in cycles so try to find your silver lining while in the eye of it all and know that Sun will be out again.
